Terms of Service

Effective date: September 11, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Renda Video, a creator workflow platform for planning, producing, reviewing, storing and distributing short-form video content.

1. Authorized use

You may use Renda Video only if you are authorized to access the service and to connect the social-media or storage accounts you authorize through OAuth. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining the security of your authentication methods.

2. Content and rights

You must have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions for content, media, music, images, trademarks and other materials you use or publish through Renda Video. You must not use the service to infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful material or violate the rules of connected platforms.

3. AI-assisted content

Renda Video may coordinate third-party artificial-intelligence services to assist with scripts, narration, images, video or music. AI output may contain errors and must be reviewed by the user. Where a connected platform requires disclosure or labeling of AI-generated or significantly AI-altered content, Renda Video may provide related metadata or controls, but the user remains responsible for compliance.

4. Social-media connections and publishing

Connected social accounts are authorized through official platform mechanisms such as OAuth. Renda Video does not ask for or store social-network passwords. A connected platform may limit, reject, moderate or remove content under its own policies. Renda Video does not guarantee that a submission will be accepted or made public.

Real publication requires deliberate user action in the Renda Video workflow. The service is designed not to publish a video automatically without the required review and final confirmation.

5. YouTube API Services

Renda Video uses YouTube API Services to connect an authorized YouTube channel and upload approved videos at the user's direction. By using YouTube-related features in Renda Video, you also agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube policies and Community Guidelines.

Before sending a video to YouTube, the user must review the target channel, publication metadata and visibility settings available in the Renda Video workflow and explicitly authorize the upload. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines, copyright rules and other applicable requirements.

You may disconnect a YouTube account from Renda Video at any time. Disconnecting stops future API access and initiates revocation and cleanup of locally stored authorization data associated with that connection. Deleting local Renda Video data does not itself delete content stored by YouTube.

6. Third-party services

Renda Video may integrate with third-party services such as social networks, cloud storage, databases and AI providers. Their availability, pricing, rate limits, terms and policies are controlled by those providers and may change independently of Renda Video.

7. Security and acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, abuse APIs, generate fake engagement, automate spam, interfere with service operation or use Renda Video in a way that places connected accounts or third parties at risk.

8. Service availability

Renda Video may evolve as features are improved or integration requirements change. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued when necessary for security, reliability, compliance or technical reasons.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Users are responsible for reviewing content and publication settings before any external submission.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date displayed on this page identifies the current version.
